Nikon Coolpix S3100

The Nikon Coolpix S3100 is quite a good camera for everyday use with its 14megapixle, 5x optical zoom lens and it also has HD ready video. You can purchase this camera in lots of different colours (citrus, yellow. pink. purple. blue and the usual black and silver) personal i chose the pink. I like this camera as it is light weight and slim, fits nicely into my handbag. I also like the fact that it has a dedicated record button on the back at the top right had corner, press this to instantly start recording so no messing around in the setting to get the the record like i had to with my old camera.
I have been looking for a new camera for a while but did not like the price but my other half said i could choose any camera i wanted and he would get it for my birthday so i chose this one. I have found it to be a very good camera and would recommend it, i have droped it a few times and it does not even have a scratch on it and still work perfectly well.
Im not a photographer and only really take pictures of the kids and days out and things if you wanted to do more with your pictures you might want a different camera as this is quite a basic one compared to some but it suits me just fine.
