I treated myself to this for my birthday, and haven't been disappointed yet!
It's slim and elegant looking and a perfect fit for my bag which means I can actually take it with me to events without worrying about the bulk.
The huge screen that takes up the back of the camera is fantastic to get some great shots, and the picture quality is amazing and clear.
Loading onto the computer is easy and the docking station for charing is really handy.
... ...it partucularly attractive for sending photos to the computer.
Just a shame that it comes without a memory card - but then again nothing seems to, and the only downside is that it diesn't come with a protective case like a lot of cameras i've seen, which is bad, as the last thing I want to do is take it to a party and it gets damaged, at least in a case it'll come away scratch free...... so i'll have to get sourcing one. Otherwise a great buy and ...

...my one for free. Nikon sent it to me with a note saying I had won it in an online competition, which I don't remember ever doing - but hey, a free camera is a free camera!
I have the silver one with the built in Wifi - which I haven't tried out, but should be fun if I buy a photograph printer with Wifi.
It has a great range of choices - although newer cameras have a few more on top.

Thie is my third digital camera & it is most certainly the best I have ever owned. I had spent some time looking around & was drawn to the S6 by its clean, design, very large screen and simple to use controls.
The demo in the shop highlighted that the camera is very quick to start up. The screen/viewfinder is very quick to react to movement & focuses very quickly. The camera uses an SD card, which if like myself, you have an existing one, will need ... ...getting the camera home I found it very easy to set up.
I have used the camera for work which it has proved invaluable. Still picture quality is good. Video feature is useful, however it does not save in avi format which is a pain (saves in mov format). Saying that, I have found a conversion programme which gets around this issue.
It takes a bit of time to save files onto the SD card, which is my only gripe.

For any person who would like a camera which works, is durable, needs no wires and is great, this camera has it all anything you could want.
The 6 mega pixels capability gives a shar picture and the 3x optical zoom is more than adaquete. The wi fi helps by reduing wires and gives ease of access to your printer, meaning no computer needed, only a printer.
