...This Nikon Battery was supplied with my Nikon D80 camera, which I purchased several months ago. Size & Weight The dimensions are 5.5cm in length, 3.7cm in width and 2cm in height, which is perfectly fine, it isn't especially large and it isn't especially small. I can't tell you the weight exactly but it isn't too heavy and won't noticeably weigh your camera down. Price The price is approximately £20 but you can find it for less if you look about a little bit - using a price comparison website is the best way to do so. For a battery such as this, £20 is more than reasonable, in my eyes at least. Battery Life I have heard of several complaints that this battery life is appalling and only lasts for a very short amount of time, but I have experienced nothing of the sort and I've heard of many more people in my circumstance where... ...The nikon camera is a user friendly camera that has awesome beginner features. It has a rechargeable battery that is lithium ion which means it caN BE CHARGED FOR HOWEVER long and you dont have wait for the battery to be full. The zoom lense is good and protected be the rotating part that hides the lense and flash. The mpeg function is sort of easy to use but there is no sound to accompany the movie. there are many presets for the lense and the light apparature so the user doesnt have to set themselves. It also has the option to manually seet them if you want. Resolution is OK but not the greatest on the screen.No eyepiece to line up the shots just the viewing screen.... Read review

....8" and 6.1 megapix is on the low side compared to newer models. It has built in fully automatic speed flash with red-eye reduction but watch the auto function as it pops up at the most unexpected times. It comes with a standard ISO hot shoe. For diverse lighting conditions, you can fiddle with the white balance mode which offers six manual settings in addition to auto and this also has a bracketing function. There is a continuous shooting mode offering three frames per second using JPEG format. There's also a self-timer and remote control mode. You can also shoot in RAW mode with JPEG formats in basic, normal and fine. The D70 is powered by Nikon EN-EL3 Lithium-Ion battery pack which lasts for ages but note, when it goes, it gives you very little warning so I always carry my charger with me for quick hotel charging.
