I bought one of these 2 years ago after carefully reviewing via 'Which' - it has a 'best buy' rating. It has been the single worst purchase I have ever made. The cleaning performance is adequate but the real beauty (?) of this cleaner is the extreme work out you get when using it. It is very very awkward to manoeuvre and incredibly heavy in use fit only for body builders. The tools are flimsy and the bags are almost impossible to source. I have a cord rewinder that doesn't work after 1 year plus a tool section lid that will not close and is held together with tape after 18 months. Despite many emails to Nilfisk, I am still awaiting even acknowledgement let alone reply/action - in real terms the 5 year parts guarantee is meaningless. I am a consumer - nothing more - buy one of these at your peril, a complete waste of money.
