I made my mind and finally decided to try nimble white bread. Looked at the price, but it made me turn my nose a bit.. (It costed 89p for 400g at somerfields, but later found it at sainsburys for 64p for the same weight. Not bad!!!) I decided to give it a try. After my 3 hour break i was feeling like something satisfying, and made a sandwich with nimble (only 49 calories per slice) I've used some proper ham (not proccessed meat) and extra light mayo, as well as some lettuce and tomato. This bread is low in carbs (9.3 carbs) but its still ''simple'' carbs which can be a bit bad for you, but no problem as long as you jam it with some salad or ''complex'' carbs which will help with the digestion)!
At the first bite it tasted very good, much better than all the other brands, and without most of the guilt. It tasted so good that when i finished i wanted more. and thats the only problem with nimble bread, its too small. 2 slices of this bread is like half a sandwich of hovis or kingsmill. Also, this bread is not ''dry'' like some brands, and its very soft and fluffy, plus it doesnt get too soggy if you add some sauces. Just perfect. You can make a sandwich with less than 140 calories if you use some sliced lean turkey , some lettuce leaves, and a tea spoon of helmans extra light (14 cals and 0.8grams of fat per 15 grams!!), And of course its healthy.

I totally agree with you about the slices being so small in comparison. x
