2002 ZX6R A1P
Advantages: Excellent engine Disadvantages: Paintwork finish
The 2002 ZX6R A1P model with the 636 engine is amazing with excellent power delivery. Servicing costs are very reasonable. I use this on the track and it is fantastic track day tool as well. Some questionable finish to the paintwork on the swingarm though. Many modifications are available from your basic end can upgrade to full system with Dyno jet and K&N filters to increase power. The low screen height is easily solved with the purchase of an after ...

zxr 400 my opinion
Advantages: handling v good, a bit bigger, good looks, bends Disadvantages: dont buy a cheap one, strangly light bulbs
hi there i have owned my zxr 4 about 7 months now and love it so far. i am always asked what its like on long rides, im 29 and 6 foot 3", and ride 70 miles a day to work and back! yes it hurts for a few weeks on the wrists and then you get used to it. ive only been riding a few years well 2. so far ive owned a cbr nc23, cbr nc29, vfr nc 30, and a rvf nc 35 in my opinion there all very much the same the zxr i love and its a tiny bit bigger but i doubt ... ...for good for 400`s but wouldnt go for the nc23 cbr had lots of problems inclueding brake disc brake and look the front wheel at 60 on a round a bout (but is was a crap not looked after bike) so im not saying its a problem with that model. after riding the cbr`s for a while nc 23 and nc29 then moving to the zxr i found the zxr much more forgiving for a new rider you can lean over more without even thinking about it plus its light(dont drop it its ...

Kawasaki ZX9R
Advantages: Comfortable, reliable, good looking, quick, reactive and smoothe Disadvantages: Not the lightest of bikes
I have had many bikes, started illegally at 15yrs (43yrs now), I've now got an M reg and this is by far the most exciting one I've ever had. Not for the weaker of you, it's a damn heavy machine. It goes like the wind when you want it to or it's great if you just want to pootle about and take in the scenery. For those illegal ones, it will top 140mph with a pillion or close on 150mph single up. It's reliable, durable and a bit of a workhorse, mine ... ...no problems with it. A 19 litre tank and approx 200 miles out of it (if you play about on it, the fuel goes a lot quicker, but then so does your license) To sum up, a glorious looking specimen of a bike, a beauty to behold and if you ever get one, you'll have a great machine. ...

2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R
Advantages: Performance, big bike looks, handling. Disadvantages: No centre stand, narrow mirrors.
I own a 2008 Ninja 250R. I've owned the bike for 10 months now and this is my experience so far.
When it comes to looks this bike excells. In the showroom I could hardly tell the difference between the big bikes and this one. It just looks great and really sporty. I've taken the bike on quite a long ride and I'm 5 10'. By the end my legs were a bit stiff and aching but not really bad. The seating position overall is comfortable.
On the negative ... ...are narrow and took me a while to get used to them. I'm now used to moving my elbow in before glancing in the mirror. Also, I've read in some reviews that the bike has a fuel gauge but it doesn't. All it has is a fuel reserve light to tell you when you are getting low. Don't get me wrong these are all very minor things.
Performance on this bike is incredible. If you're going from a 125 to this you will be blown away with the power it really is quite ...

Great Sports Tourer!
Advantages: Speed, Acceleration, Comfort, Disadvantages: Wear boots or you will be eating you're calve for supper!!
I was given this second hand ZZR-D model a couple of times to take our customers out on Sunday breakfast runs.
What a beast.... I now understand why the ZZR was the worlds fastest production bike for a very long time. Acceleration and topspeed is phenominal for a bike this of age.... since it had a lot of kilo's on it, some fine tuning would have done wonders!
The ZZR is well on the heavy side and wheelies took a moderate amount of evert but once ... ...great and this was a very comfy ride.
After long rides I my right calve felt a bit slow cooked from heat coming from the motor.
The suspension whas worn out bad and fast corners whent down commicly weebly wably... as I was shamefully laughed at.
Fuel consumption not bad for a beast but if you open up hard you will flush the tank in no time. ...
