The Nintendo DS Lite is a handheld games machine thats fun for all the family. it bascilly a portable version of the nintendo WII, instead of a wiimote you have a stylus pen and you use it on the DS touchscreen to control the game. i had my DS lite for a year and its worth every penny. its also got wi-fi tecnology so you can play online with friends and family. there is also a big catalogue of games from kids games to movie tie ins ie g force , ice age 3 . then there is the amazing brain training which is amazing fun then there is mario kart which is fantastic . the nintendo ds lite is so easy to work. the ds comes with a built in battery and charger, so there is no need to buy batteries which is a great thing its self.

(+) Plenty of storage space, for media. Good Games, Great for partys, with singstar. Very Reliable. (-) Sometimes the optical drive, breaks; but not very likely, my 60gb still working after 2 1/2 years.

Advantages: Cheap and fits in your pocket. Disadvantages: Low-end hardware. Easly scratched. Not as revolutionary as Nintendo would like you to believe.
