The NEs life time has long passed. That doesn't mean that it wasn't any good. It has simply been superceded by superior technology. So hundreds of classic games are lost on the next generation with it. Okay so the graphics were not great and the sound at times was tinny but hey we loved it. Mario 3 was the best game ever...at the time. There were so many good games. If you still own some of the games you are allowed to download an emulator and play these games on your PC, which is easier than trying to replace any broken bits!
