Wii Love It!

Advantages: More active game play, incentive to keep fit, easy to use and install,
Disadvantages: Batteries die quick unless you have rechargables, quite heavy to transport around

Wii Sports Resort - 10/10

Advantages: Great game
Disadvantages: Only comes with one motion plus

Info: The Wii Sports Resort is a more updated version of the wii sports that you get free with the Wii. It comes with one wii motion plus which you attach to your wii remote. This is needed to play the game. It might be worthwhile buying another one (they are about £20) if you are going to play this game with others. Games include cannoeing, archery, cycling, frisbee throwing, table tennis and water sports. Opinion: I think this is a great game. ...

Mario Kart Wii- An Excellent multiplayer activity!

Advantages: multiplayer, online, graphics, Wii accessories, unlockable features
Disadvantages: limited progress in single player mode

Relaxed exercise

Advantages: Choice of exercises
Disadvantages: Slow ans boring

I bought this as soon as it came out with the aim to do some exercise in the comfort of my own home and hopefully reap the benefits of going to the gym. I must say it had me hooked from the start with the different exercises but after a few days i was bored. The cardio exercises could be changed to ignore the ones you dont really like and you could spend time focusing on the areas you really want to but this mostly involves your legs and arms - not really much for the tummy area which was my main problem!
