I used to hate going to the gym but Wii Fit has transformed Mii

Wii Fit Plus a big improvement

Advantages: Good value for money, increased workout choices
Disadvantages: Limited target settings

After using the original Wii Fit game for about a year, I found the Wii Fit Plus to be a big improvement, and good value at only £20. It automatically transfers all your saved data from the Wii Fit so you don't have to start over. Keep fit at home

Advantages: Easy way to exercise at home
Disadvantages: If you have large thighs the strap might be too small, music in game is a bit boring

My new fitness coach on the Wii!

Advantages: Good selection of exercises and very customisable.
Disadvantages: Doesn't intergrate with the Wii balance board.

After loving the Wii Fit game so much I decided that it was time to get another fitness game. I was worried that it was just going to be a cheap spin off of the popular Wii Fit game but it wasn't.
