Wii Fit Plus a big improvement

Advantages: Good value for money, increased workout choices
Disadvantages: Limited target settings

After using the original Wii Fit game for about a year, I found the Wii Fit Plus to be a big improvement, and good value at only £20. mario and sonic at the olympic games is a great night in!

Advantages: lots of events to choose from.good for kids and adults.
Disadvantages: you do need a certain degree of fitness

wii fit is an exciting game and anyone can play the game.

Advantages: you can lose weight with the wii fit work outs.one is the aerobics you can learn to do push ups
Disadvantages: you need to get the level by playing easy mode first.

Keep fit at home

Advantages: Easy way to exercise at home
Disadvantages: If you have large thighs the strap might be too small, music in game is a bit boring
