The Wii Fit Plus is an excellent add on, and great fun!

Advantages: fun, good for you, multiplayer
Disadvantages: none really

mario and sonic at the olympic games is a great night in!

Advantages: lots of events to choose from.good for kids and adults.
Disadvantages: you do need a certain degree of fitness

I bought this game with a wii for my son last xmas and i personally think i couldnt have made a worse choice of game to get everyone together.we all played it with the kids,its simplicity to understand meant they could set it up for us(they were 6 and under!).Then when they went to bed it kept us adults entertained well into the evening.There are lots of different events you can participate in from 100m dash to archery,however you do need a standard ...

Wii Fit says "I know you can do better than that!"

Advantages: Fun way to get fit. Keeps you coming back for the fun exercises.
Disadvantages: The muscle exercises are largely for the legs, not much for the arms. Workout quite fiddly.

Keep fit at home

Advantages: Easy way to exercise at home
Disadvantages: If you have large thighs the strap might be too small, music in game is a bit boring

Advantages: Some great events and a chance to dress your Mii up for winter.
