Moisturiser that agrees with my skin 11 of 11 Ciao Users found the following review helpful

Advantages Great for almost anything, easily available, cheapish

Disadvantages Tubs are not so good as the tubes

Nivea Soft is the cream I swear by. I am not a particular fan of the Nivea range as I find that they are quite greasy and leave my face shiny and my face really slippery. This is why I would never have thought to even look at this moisturiser if my colleague had not recommended it. She also gave me some to try and I loved it because it made my skin soft and was non-greasy.

The moisturiser is available in 3 different sizes: a 75ml tube, a 200ml tub and a 300ml tub. The 75ml tube is really good for putting in my handbag because its small and it doesn't take up so much room, also its unlikely to spill. The tube is quite expensive however at £1.99 although I have occasionally seen it at half price in superdrugs and Tesco but I haven't seen an offer for quite a long while. At the normal £1.99 price it is too expensive for me to use every day as it wouldn't last long so I use the bigger tubs at the moment until I can get the other tube for a lower price. The tubs are good value at £3.80 and £6.00 respectively.

The tubs are good for those that are going to use the moisturiser regularly like me. I use it as a body moisturiser and a facial moisturiser and I use it every day. The problem I have with the tub is that even though there is a foil on top to keep it clean when I open even a little bit it is exposed. It also gets dirty if I'm not careful as there is nothing to really protect it. Its also very soft so it can get messy if the foil is not left on. I therefore very much prefer the tube packaging as the cream is protected and clean.

The cream is white and it has neither a liquid nor thick texture but in the middle. It is more runny than thick though and its really easily absorbed into the skin. I use it after I have my shower in the morning and after lunch. It keeps my skin soft, hydrated without leaving it greasy or shiny. The cream also smells wonderful yet its not overpowering and it doesn't interfere with any perfumes as it dies away fairly quickly.

I use this moisturiser everyday as it really helps to keep my skin hydrated without the greasyness. The only thing that it needs is spf to make it perfect so it looses a dooyoo star for this as its pretty important for me to have an spf cream even in the winter months.
