Anyway, it was on offer then and I remember that I paid just under 4 pounds. It currently retails at Boots for 4.99, but I'm sure with a bit of looking around you could find it for cheaper too.
***Appearance***
The lotion ... ...I really like the tub since it's pretty and fairly heavy and looks so much more expensive than it really is... :-) I'm planning to reuse it once I've finished the moisturiser (which is going to be soon) to store random bits like hair clips or tiny ear rings and things like that... ;-)

I bought this a while ago - purely by starring at the shelves in Boots waiting for that much needed inspiration on what moisturiser to buy now. I wanted something that wasn't too rich but would still leave my face soft and silky. Something that wouldn't need an hour to absorb and then leave my face shiny.
***Price*** So I picked up Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation - or "All Day Aqua"... ***Appearance*** The lotion comes in a blue-tinted glass tub with a white lid. I really like the tub since it's pretty and fairly heavy and looks so much more expensive than it really is... :-) I'm planning to reuse it once I've finished the moisturiser (which is going to be soon) to store random bits like hair clips or tiny ear rings and things like that... ;-)
***Experience*** The lid opens easily and gives view of a white gel that looks a little blue from the colour of the tub. When you tip your finger into it you notice it's creamy and smooth texture. Applying it to your face is especially nice in summer (which is when I bought it) since it definitely has a refreshing touch to it. This feeling stays for several minutes after you've applied the moisturiser which is a nice thing to wake you up in the mornings. And even after the refreshing effect has disappeared, your face still feels soft and nourished. Even during the day and under make-up I can feel that my skin is so moist enough to make it through the day.
After I have started to use proactiv solution to do something for my problem-prone skin with the result that the spots and break-outs were reduced but my skin was left dry, I used this moisturiser to balance out what I was losing. So this time the moisturiser faced dry skin rather than just normal skin and as for the result of this experiment I can only say that this will surely secure the 5th star for this product. It helped moisturising my face even after it had been "artificially dried out". At the beginning I had to use it not only in the morning but also once or twice during the day, but by now I simply apply it after cleansing and toning with proactiv and my face remains soft and nourished all day.
***Conclusion*** For what it does to your skin, a very reasonably priced moisturiser that will not only refresh your skin but also keep it soft and silky all day. It's probably not rich enough for extremely dry skin, but should be able to deal with almost any other problem(s).
***Recommended*** Definitely. I will buy this again once the tub I have is empty. And that usually means something, because I like to experiment and try out new things. But since I've found something that works perfectly well for me - even under changing skin conditions - I don't need to jeopardise this for something else, probably much more expensive that I end up not liking... :-)

Right then, Nivea has always been a make i've liked, I like the deodorants they do and other face stuff so I thought Id take a look at this.
Nivea All Day Aqua.. With Aquaspheres and minerals. Firstly I will describe the product itself, the packaging price etc and then ill get into all the technical stuff.
The packaging, well I always like the look of a new product that is what attracts me to it in the first place. The box in this ... ...this cream is nicer.
What Nivea say about the cream is that it contains aquaspheres and minerals to give skin an instant refreshing burst of vitality while providing long lasting hydration to keep skin fresh all day long.. In my opinion it does exactly what it says on the tin.. I wont be without this product now and i've even stock piled it for the winter!

...aforementioned wonderful little product is Nivea Visage All Day Aqua moisturiser. Yes, as with many Nivea products it has a deeply irritating advert, but should you buy it regardless?
Well, my short answer would be yes. I've never really been much of a moisturiser fan, but the contraceptive pill I'm on has a tendency to dry my skin out (crazy I know) so I recently decided to start moisturising every single little bit of me. So, when I'm not all ... ...person to be around.
The most impressive facial moisturiser I've found is this one. It's not a nasty thick cream moisturiser like some others I've tried, and it's not one of those moisturisers that are so light they actually succeed in making your skin feel tighter than before you put it on. All Day Aqua strikes a happy medium - it's light, but incredibly moisturising, all without being even remotely greasy.

...similar to those that most Nivea products come in. Once that is discarded the cream is a nice small glass pot, 50ml, in a pretty turquoise colour with a white lid. It is very simple with just the name on the front of the pot and the other details on the back.

This moisturiser usually costs me about £4.49 in Boots for a 50ml pot. This seems quite reasonable, especially since it lasts for so long. I use this cream morning and evening ...

I saw on the Nivea website that they were sending out free samples of their new moisturiser which was called Aqua Sensations. I decided this would be the way to try the new product.
Even from the stingey amount you are given in the free sachet, I could feel a real difference to my skin. It felt so soft and my face felt really cool, despite having just had a shower when I applied the cream. So here goes my more detailed review.
*The cream*
The ... ...last quite a long time. Nivea also make an eye cream in the Aqua Sensations range too, but I don't use the eye product.
On the box it says the ideal age range for this product is people in their thirties, and even though I am 20, I have found it keeps my skin feeling supple and soft, and it always makes me feel revitalised in the morning. I would definitely recommend this product, it really is like a wake up for your face in the morning! ...

...skin. I happened to buy Nivea Aqua Sensation, and have now been using it for years! It's one of the few moisturisers I have found that really moisturises for as long as it says on the tub. This really does last for 24 hours! I put it on first thing in the morning, and it instantly refreshes and soothes my skin, but lasts for the whole day as well!

Having been a fan of Nivea most of my life, probably because my mother always had a tub on the go in the days before Nivea expanded its range into more complex products, and after seeing it advertised, I was keen to try VisageAllDayAqua, especially, as it claimed 24 hour continuous moisturising.
Upon opening the pot I was amazed to see that the cream was not the usual boring white but blue! Upon applying, (just a small amount is required), my skin felt quite cool, and what I can only described as invigoratingly refreshed.
After reading the ingredients listing, I discovered that it contains an active ingredient combination, which claims to “intensively moisturise and strengthen the skin” called “Aquaspheres”.
This combination comprises: Glycerine which gives immediate, intensive moisturisation ...
