An excellent addition to the Nixon range. Now on my second watch, as i foolishly lost one!! Very comfortable to wear, hardly even realise its on. Very easy to use, changing time, opening and closing the strap. The main point is the style of the watch. Im forever getting compliments on the watch.
The layout of the watch face does take some getting used to but that is just a minor thing.
Cant find much wrong with this watch apart from maybe the price. Well, the price varies from shop to shop so it takes a while to get the cheapest deal and the other negative is that there is no date on the watch just the time and a light but then this is a watch oozing with style not for gadgets.

Having recently purchased the nixon cougar watch I am very impressed. As I have come to expect from nixon it is very good quality. It has a 3 hand Japenese quartz movement, which makes it one of the most accurate time pieces on the market. The band is made of stainless steel and comes in 4 differnet finishes, steel, black, gold and antique gold, and has a very easy to use catch. The cougar is also waterproof, and a very comfortable watch to wear. It combines durability with a fresh and funky look which in my opinion can be both casual and smart. There are not many features on this watch other then telling the time, it is more a fashion statement then inspector gadget tool!! The cougar is available for a range of prices online, but most shops seem to be retailing it between 100-140 pounds, dependent on the finish. ...

This is the watch I didn't purchased but it came to me as a present from my brother's side on my last birthday.Nixon Venture is a good looking watch,not too fancy and not at all sporty,if you looking for a sporty watch then it may not catch your attention.Though it is very decent, work great as a good everyday watch.It has a stainless steel band type,doesn't scratch which is really nice feature it has,waterproof upto 100m,its blacklight is just do fine for me, but have no features if you want to set any alarm. If you buy this watch, always be prepared to have to constantly reset the time and date.So overall a good looking, everyday casual watch at a more than decent price,. ...
