Boots No.7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow

Come on nobody's perfect! Boots No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow. Ok, so I had a voucher for £5.00 towards a No7 product at Boots (when I previously bought an item). I can't usually afford No7 products, but I needed an eyeshadow badly, as my old one crumbled into the waste paper bin!

Price: Usually one of these small compacts is £7.00, I personally would not spend this much money on one eyeshadow, but as I had a voucher I got this one for £2.00, woo hoo! bargain. The compact is well worth that price!

Product: I wanted an eyeshadow that was quite matt and mainly for daywear. I chose the shade: 'Mink' in this range, as I like quite natural colours, this one is quite a light creamy colour. It's shimmery to look at, and although I don't normally like this kind of eyeshadow for daywear, this one looked more my shade. I have dark brown eyes and brown hair, so this shade seemed to compliment my colouring too. The eyeshadow comes in a small size compact, you get one colour and a teeny tiny liccle brush to try and apply it with. This is somewhat disappointing.
The black compact with gold logo lettering is stylish and easy to carry around in your handbag. The compact stay's shut too once it is closed which is a must.

Useage: I applied the eyeshadow to my eyelids using the brush provided with light sweeping motions. The product is light and quite shimmery, you only need a little as it goes a long way, and I did notice that this shade really appeared to open my eyes up. The product does not irritate and stay's on for most of the day which is great. The ingredients include: Talc, Nylon-12 and Calcium sterate. The product does not smell too much either, it isn't too crumbly which is good.

Conclusion: This product is good, but I wouldn't pay the full amount for it, I just don't think it's the best eyeshadow I've had and for that price I would expect it to be amazing! I know I'm cheap! The eyeshadow, although not great to apply with the tiny brush, is longlasting and a really nice shade for day and even evening, I would just recommend to apply more in the evening. I love the stylish black compact it comes in and it keeps in! Overall a Satisfactory product.
