Phone is completely meant for call purpose only so that good features related to call available but there is not such ... ...but better than its previous 2300 model. Phone has been measured with 105.4 x 43.9 x 19.1 mm, and the total weight is about 85 g. id we consider its thickness than it is very high than average 15mm it means phone is very thick. But the weight is average with 85 gm and phone is handy and pockatable enough.

Design and look is average but better than its previous 2300 model. In this category of completely budget phone it is good feature with 65k color screen instead of previous black and white tradition. **** Memory It has 4Mb of total shared memory for data, contacts, messages and java applications. Phone has good internal memory in its category with compare to other lower range phone and their common 2 MB of total memory. Phone can store up to 200 phonebook entries and it can keep 10 call record for each category, in dialed, receiver and missed call. **** Connectivity Phone doesn't support any connectivity solutions and I think this is a measure disadvantage in this phone. At least GPRS connectivity is required in lower level budget phone also. And it will be better that one GPRS and one infrared connectivity should be provided. **** Other important feature are FM radio, and this is the good feature in this phone where you can enjoy music on FM in lower level phone, and now a days all manufacturers are trying to keep FM radio in every model of phone to give a necessary feature. Phone also has a built in handsfree, and some other important applications like calculator, stopwatch, T9 dictionary etc. **** Battery back-up The best and the best feature about the phone is its excellent power back-up with Standard battery, Li-Ion 970 mAh (BL-5C), and I was able to get more than 6 hours of talktime with this battery. If you are a average user of phone and use this phone to talk average 2 hours daily than you need not to charge this battery for at least 3 days. **** Over all this is a good lower level budget phone with superb battery back-up and FM radio for your entertainment. Recommended.
Summary: good phone for only call pupose with superb battery life

...It is a basic Nokia that is slightly newer and better than the Nokia 1600.
WHAT THE PHONE CAN'T DO
It does not have a camera.
You cannot take photos, or videos.
It does not have the capacity to play all of your favourite music.
You cant do video calling or watch TV.
WHAT THE PHONE CAN DO
It can make calls. It has the easy to use green dial button and red cancel call button. It has good sound quality through the earpeice and can be used on ... ...It follows the usual Nokia basics with the '0' button as space, and the top right button as clear. The buttons are fairly large so fat fingers are fine. The lettering on the buttons are also slightly larger and clearer than many other phones perhaps making it a better choice to people who struggle to see small writing.
It has RDS Radio - meaning you can plug in the headphones that come with the phone and listen to the any FM radio station. The headphones ...

I got my Nokia 2310 on upgrade for free and I'm really pleased with it. The call quality, Nokia interface and battery life underpin a rock steady phone that is packed with lots of useful features that make it the best phone I have had my paws on for years.
The colour screen is bright and easy to read. It might not be the biggest around but the reduction in screen size means that the size of the entire phone is only 11 by 4 by 2 cm and weighs 85g. ... ...have to lump a huge brick phone around with me on a night out which also draws less attention to me from any potential muggers. The easy to navigate menus that run as standard meant I could pull the phone from the box, charge it and just go for it. Everything is easy to access from the menu and the phone book, calendar and games are all nice touches.
The radio player is the coolest feature and the tuner autmatically tunes into favourite stations ...

I asked for a cheap phone for a Birthday present and this is what I got.
I'm thrilled to bits with it. It came from Argos with a T-Mobile package and does everything I wanted. Excellent phone reception, quick easy appointment tracking with alarm set up, and it also plays radio. The buttons are well spaced for my clumsy fingers, and I particularly like the programmable shortcut button for features I use regularly. It is small and feather-light, so if you want a good basic pocket phone - look no further. ...

Well, I was surprised when I got to the Virgin Meastore in Camden High Street in North London. I have quite a few Vigin chips and I had saved up quite a few red rewards and needed a new phone so I had a look on the web site and found that I did not have enough credits to get it delivered so I went to the store. It was selling at £19.99 on line but at the store it was only £14.99; for which I was grateful.
I bought two one for me and one for my x ... ...each phone and a set of headphones to use with the radio. It has the usual games: Snake, Bounce and Nature Park.

The Nokia 2310 doesn't fall in to either of these categories.
To start, the look of the phone, it's predominantly white and therefore very easy to get dirty. Secondly, the horrible, HORRIBLE silver directional pad in the middle. It looks like it's going to fall off, like the blu-tac will give way any second!! It really does look like it's made of tin foil, in all fairness the slightly more rigid version ... ...hours standby time.
Maybe Nokia tried too hard??!?!? Was I expecting a lot more from this handset?? No. I was expecting the same amount, but just in a lot more accessible package and a friendlier shell. There are cheaper Nokia phones out there to be had that will do exactly the same job for you and be ten times easier to use. I would recommend any of those instead. Alternatively, read my review of the Sony Ericsson K310i, same price, same functions, ...

This phone in general is a good ok phone but i would choose the new Nokia2310 over this phone anyday.
The phone's closest competitor is the Nokia2310 which has specifications which are almost identical except that the 2310 has the benefit of the FM radio.
The 2310 is an excellent choice if you're in the market for a bargain phone.
This phone is a bit pricey compared to the 2310 which can be picked up for less than £25.
The keypad on this phone is quite annoying especially because the numbers are split into two so i suppose it would take a while before you get used to it.
Its a good phone for someone who just wants an ordinary phone which does the job.
It has limited storage space for text messages and numbers however the battery life is excellent which makes up for this. ...

I bought this handset recently after i lost my previous mobile Nokia2310. Initially i opted this phone for the price. But after buying it i have experienced the features of this phone. One of the greatest feature is its battery back up. I am recharging the battery once in a week. Another feature i like is the timer. This timer is useful for minimizing the mobile bill. That is we can set the time of our call interval. It helped me a lot. It also has Torch. It is very powerful. This phone is worth for the money we paid. It is very simple and very handy phone in the nokia series. Keyboard of the phone is specially made such away that no dust will enter into phone. Hence keyboard is smooth. If you are looking for basic phone then this is the phone you are looking for. ...

Nokia has a good range of budget phone with excellent battery life and solid design. My just previous review was on Nokia2310, a good budget phone from Nokia and now I am again going to discuss about another great phone from Nokia specially meant for call only. Phone is similar to Nokia 3210 but it has slightly good feature than 2310 like good display or bigger display screen and GPRS connectivity.
I am going to discuss here about its some good features and advantages with some disadvantages also.
