I have now owned this phone for about 2 months and so far have found it to be great. I purchased my online and must admit that it was slightly large and more bulky than I had imagined when purchasing it. However, the phone is coated in rubber and is therefore very hard wearing and sturdy and yes it does bounce when dropped! I have dropped my a coupe of times and it has done absolutely no damage at all, so it's very durable and hard wearing!. I chose this phone because it is quite funky and modern looking and quite different to a lot of Nokia's other phones. It has quite a striking look (see picture) and you can but a variety of colours for the cover including grey which is the colour that I chose and doesn't show up any marks or dirt etc.
The phone comes with a lots of features including WAP and is very easy to use. If you are used to using a mobilephone you will have not problems negotiating the menu at all. It has quick access buttons to the address book, calendar and for writing text messages. The other features include: alarm clock, radio connection, WAP, thermometer, organiser (which has a calendar and to do list), games (quite a basic selection but you can download lots more from Nokia), calculator, stopwatch, decibel metre and calorie counter (an dyes this really does work!) It also has infrared technology and GPRS although I haven't personally used this. The WAP feature works really and connection and downloading is pretty fast.
I have found this phone easy to use and the calendar is great. I frequently use the alarm clock which has a snooze function that you can set to your preferences. My main bug bear is that the on/off button at the top of the phone can be very hard to use to switch on and off. A charger and hands free kit were included with the phone but no case (although because it is so durable you don't really need a case). The hands free connection is one of the new style with a 2 ear piece connection which is excellent and the sound quality is really good and it's handy in case you knock one ear piece out (as I often do!) that you can still continue a conversation! My favourite and most unique feature of the phone is that it comes with a torch which is very useful and hardly wears the battery down at all (much less than actually making calls!) Mine also came with an arm strap meaning that it's quite easy to carry it if you are doing something slightly more physical such as walking etc. and don't have any pockets.
The standby time is very good and tends to last up to 4 days without needing to be charged. It also charges very quickly only taking about 1 hour.
It is quite a bulky phone but it still fits in most pockets etc. making it quite easy to carry around with you.

Advantages: Almost waterproof, "droppable", a tough simple phone, nice battery life Disadvantages: Thermometer not accurate, expensive exterior covers that become less effective with age
