Last year I bought two of these phones, one for me and my husband. My husband is very much the kind of person who breaks everything so I thought this would be the perfect phone. After a month of two he had to have the screen repaired as the phone fell out of this pocked from about 1.5m on to a carpetted floor. The fascia and the handset screen cracked. We sent it to be repaired and another month or so passed and the same thing happened. I blamed my husband for being to rough with it until I tripped over while carrying my phone in my handbag and the screen broke straight through!
If you are buying this phone because you are accident prone and need a phone that can withstand anything, then you might as well just buy any phone!
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Welcome to Ciao, as Torr says a little more detail about such things as : How clear the sound is when making calls, how easy it is write texts with and battery life would make your review more helpful. I find it helps to imagine that I was going to buy whatever I'm reviewing and then put in the sort of information I would have wanted to know. If you decide to update, please let me know and I'll come and take another look. Sandra. x

Welcome to Ciao. Sorry about the lowish rating, but this says very little about the phone except that it is not as robust as you would like. Functions, features, price? If you wanted to add more and let me know (via guestbook) I'll re-rate. Duncan
