Advantages: Music on the go,easy to use. Disadvantages: Battery
...One of the best phones I ever had , bought it 3 months ago from amazon.co.uk , the red version sim free.Music transfer is quick .The quality of sound is excellent! The camera is not the best , 1.3 megapixles is below average! not alot of themes but some of them are dynamic, colors change with time of day:) Great keypad. Apart from the camera and the battery i am very happy with Nokia 5300 you could use it as a personal audio on the go! Bluetooth compatible.
The following came with my Nokia 5300 xpressmusic :
1. Nokia BL-5B battery
2. Nokia AC-3 charger
3. Nokia HS-47 stereo headset.
4. Nokia DKE-2 USB cable
5. Nokia PC Suite CD-ROM
6. 256 MB microSD memory card
7. Headphone adapter
8. User manual
Oh and its so loud :)...

Advantages: Dedicated music keys make it easy to control the playback of music which the Nokia XpressMusic is made for. Disadvantages: The only downside to the phone is the memory card and it is that you have to take the back off the phone to access it.
...The Nokia 5300 XpressMusic is a music player phone in a slide design.
The 5300 has a nice compact design that is good to hold and over all the buttons is a rubber feel which make them very durable.
When slid up as to talk I notice that the Nokia is top heavy.
There are dedicated music keys on the outside (play, pause, forward & rewind) and a camera key, so many of the phone's functions can be accessed without opening the slide. The volume keys on the side double up as zoom keys when the camera is in use.
The Zoom can zoom to x8.
The camera is 1.3megapixel
The display is outstandingly good. It's a high-resolution QVGA display (320 x 240 pixels) with 262k colours, and it is large (2 inches across).
The slide opens very easily with a spring mechanism, The 5-way navigation key is easy to use.
The 5300 has a high-quality stereo...

Advantages: Shortcut buttons, memory card up to 2GB Disadvantages: CANT make phone calls, lots of features but they don't all work that well
...The Nokia 5300 XpressMusic is a music player phone in a slide design. The 5300 has a nice compact design that is good to hold and over all the buttons is a rubber feel which make them very durable. It also has many functions like; Camera, video, memory card, MP3, infer red and Bluetooth. It can be expanded t take a 2Gb memory card which is very useful as it is and music phone. It also comes with an adapter so u can plug in any headphones, to get the best out of your music But i found even though its a music phone if you turn the volume up to full the music becomes distored and fuzzy. The camera is disappointing as it is very blurry and becomes worse with any zoom but can be improved by putting night mode on. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this phone as you CANT make calls as i have found everyone i call can't hear what i say i...
