I have had this phone since January and it is the best phone I have ever owned. It isn't that expensive, it has all the basic applications that a phone needs but it is better in that it seems to be more organised. There is room to make notes, there is a calender with lots of options, there is an alarm clock, a stop watch, bluetooth and the music and radio is very very good. It is definitely good value for money, and it looks cool and stylish too. It is easy to use, suitable for all ages and especially good for those who enjoy their music, like I do. The Nokia PC Suite is really useful so that you can download music, photos, videos, events onto your phone from your computer and vice versa, and it is a simple step-by-step process. There is a lot of space for memory on the phone, the music quality is excellent as well as the camera. The only problems I had was working out how to use Bluetooth (found in Connectivity not on its own in the menu like most phones) and the quality of video is very poor, but I don't use the video so it's good for me. It's a very good present for yourself, your kids and older relatives too.
