So,again I`m here to help dear Ciao members and guests to decide on their best buy. I`ve taken brand new Nokia 6120 just yesterday,but,however,I`ve owned Nokia E50 before,so i suppose i will be able to tell something about Nokia 6120 :-) . But mi would say, that Nokia 6120 is closer to Nokia E65(this nokia i totally disliked because of it`s design) First of all, that everyone will notice is 6120 design-it is really interesting,lt`s say in "retro"style a bit,but quite smooth,besides,shiny plasti helps to make this conclusion as well.I may assume,this phone will be noticed as soon as you take it out! It is something "classical",that`s why this phone is called Nokia 6120 Classic. Phone`s price is more than pleasant and affordible-around 220GBP/350EUR.After the launch of Nokia E50 this is the first low-price 3G/WDCMA S60 based Smartphone frokm Nokia!
Let`s get closer to phone specs: 1.Display is really good,showing to phone`s owner a respectful 16Millions of colours! doesn`t fade in sun! 2.This phone rocks with built-in 3G and 3.5G(HSDPA)!internet works really fast! 3.The loudspeaker is loud enough to bring you to heard attack,when set to maximum :-) , besides,all the sounds are really clear and full of trebles and basses-the best sound ever from a loudspeaker. 4.the built-in radio,togeather with visual radio works good,as in any other Nokia phone-nothing new here,except the more powerful FM receiver and a bit beter stereo effect. 5.You may plug-in your own 2.5mm earphones or buy an adopter for 3.5mm. 6.At last no standart Nokia fast port!Just mini USB,like in most PPCs 7.Player works great! 8.fantastic camera 9.Really good battery life for a smartphone-similar to Nokia E50 10.Really good size-now concidered to be the smallest and LIGHTESET smartphone in the world!
One disatvantage-fingertips will all arond the phone because of the silky plastic.Prepare a sunglasses wipe to keep your phone shiny and clear
About the keyboard,menues and software. 1.6120 keyboard isn`t the best one,compare to SonyEricsson phones or Nokia 6233,but it is average,quite easy to operate even with big fingers. 2.Again Nokia offer it`s own "Nokia market" applications - different software of type "try than buy"(it`s a pity that only Nokia e50 offered free,so called complimentory applications to download).Everyone will find something suitable. 3.this Nokia work MUCH faster than revious Nokia smartphones. 4.V 2.Nokia`s internet explorer again showed it`s best-up to now it seems to be the BEST mobile i-net explorer! 5.The menue styles,themes e.t.c are VERY flexible to personalise to any user. 6.Lack of "smart dialling"-that is what I really sorry for.After using Nokia E50 and Samsung U600 it seems to me really great feture. 7.Connections with internet worked great-no drop-offs,the same with calls and video calls. 8.E-mail client is the same type as it used to be in s60 Nokias.Again Nokia guys did nothing to make your e-mails stay on the server after complete deleting from the phone. 9.Nokia works great with mcro SD card - no porblems or conflicts. 10.Connecting to computer also is an easy thing thanks to mini USB port. No problems even with Windows VISTA - new Nokia PC Suite, that comes with new phone works great.
Well,that is all. Everyone, who used Nokia smartphones before,will find this Nokia 6120 a really good phone,suitable for buisiness and leisure,and will find minor adjustments to the software and speed.,that will make the use of the phone easier,faster and more pleasant! the only thing some potential buyers may lack is WiFi - but what do you expect for 400 bucks ;-) . newetherless that may be the main factor to turn to nokia E65(note: i used to use it for 2 days, and i`m totally dissapointed with design and buttons, as well as with WiFi usage-very-very weak phone)

Advantages: Slim, lightwieght, fast switching between applications, multitasking capability, user friendly Disadvantages: Not the best battrey life, a slightly better camera would have been a good plus point
