I will discuss here step by step its features and performance, with advantages and some disadvantages also. *** First look on design It is completely traditional classic design with features packed in it, with size measured 108mm x 46.5mm x 15.2mm, with about 90 gm of total weight. In shape and size it is a medium sized phone and in terms of features it is modern phone. Display size is 2.2" TFT QVGA display with 240x320 pixel resolution with 16 million colors screen. Screen size is more enough for this kind of phone but the good feature here about the screen is that it can be view either portrait mode or landscape mode. Landscape mode will be very useful in terms of internet browsing. Design and look of this phone is very attractive and it will rock with its classic lovers, but you may face some problem with accessing its plastic keypad. *** Memory size.. Internal memory size is not so good, with 128 MB user DATA memory but we can expand it up to 8GB with micro SD card. Card also support hot swap technology so that you need not to keep phone switched off during removal of card. User memory support is sufficient and provided internal memory is also very good for games, java applications, massages etc. *** Connectivity features Most important it supports 3G connectivity and all other important features are also there like Bluetooth, high speed USB but the bad condition is that there is no Wi-Fi support. *** And the camera.. The camera is most important and best feature this phone has, with 5 Mega pixel of CCD, Carl Zeiss lens and Xenon flash. Camera also supports autofocus. And the other important feature about camera is its video recording in 30fps. Now this camera is excellent and its quality can compete with other point and shoot cameras. This camera also support 20X of digital zoom, but using of digital zoom will occur some quality loss, your picture quality will go down so it is good feature but not recommended for using it. *** Back-up mania Battery back-up time is good at all with 900 mAh capacity battery and talktime is also good with about 3 hours of nonstop or about 4 hours of regular talktime. Playback time is also pretty goes with about 10 hours of regular audio playback time. In video playback it will go down to 4 hours. *** Bottom line Over all this is a excellent featured middle range phone with loaded quality features all around it. Camera is excellent considering phone cameras and it's also supports 3G, but due t lack of Wi-Fi it is not considered as fully featured, but recommended to camera photography lovers.
Summary: Over all this is meant for mobile photography lovers with all important features.

The Nokia 6220 Classic is a good all round phone - perfect for the type of person that likes to have all the features of a flashy phone without the drags of a slow OS. Main disadvantages of the phone are the lack of WiFi support and slightly auspicious build quality but, those things aside, the Nokia 6220 Classic is a reliable all-rounder with a familiar menu and ergonomic design. The 5 mega pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and Xenon flash manages ... ...comes with the phone is actually reasonably idiot-proof! The ability to install your own applications such as Opera and MSN Messenger is a nice touch, although never going to be as smooth as something like the iPhone which is a dedicated Smartphone. Still, the 6220 Classic provides a nice bridge between normal phone and smartphone without feeling like you have to walk around with a brick. ...

With Nokia as being one of the market leaders in the mobile phone market it comes as no surprise that they are right on the money once again with this particular offering. To those who take a quick glance at the phone the original selling price would no doubt have looked very high for what from the outside looks like yet another average mobile fun that are currently flooding the marketplace. However look a little deeper and you will find that this ... ...phone comes fully loaded with Nokia maps, while just a phone this comes with more detail than many sat-navs, I live out in the country in the middle of Northern Ireland and have had no problems with it, and depending on your price plan you can easily get the GPS sat nav free for a few months. Quick review of Nokia 6220 classic
First of all this phone is extremely easy to use, it takes a while to get to used the key layout but onece u get the hang of it its a great phone, the phone features a excelent carl zeiss 5 megapixel camera which is a very high quality camera, the satnav on it is a little bit of a let down though, its alright but nokia maps needs to add more features to get to a 'tomtom' level, for example the satelite feaure takes for ever to load up but apart from that it gets you to your destination, the screen is very high quality. Like most nokia phones this mobile isn't slow at laoding things up, you press a button and it instantly bring up what you pressed.
great mobile but maybe not something for a first time buyer ...

Advantages: Large Screen, Good Camera, Battery life. Disadvantages: BUttons can be hard to presss.
I upgraded my NOkia N73 to the 6220 Classic. From the moment I opened the box for this phone I have found it very easy to use, the phone has been reliable over the past 6 months with no major issues with the phone. The phone does have a lot of features, a good camera, music player etc. I use the camera to take photos when I am out and about and I think the quality of them is ok. The music player is great with a larger memory card, it save me having ... ...The only downside to this phone is that the buttons can be hard to press but once you get used to this, it is not a problem at all. Battery life on the phone is excellent I usually get 3 - 4 days between charges, with light use. ...
