I have had this phone now on contract for just over six months and I am pleased with it.
When first opening the box I was impressed with how it looked, the black metal didn't look at all dull and it was surprisingly compact. There is a square navigational button in the centre with four buttons around this, you then slide it up to see all of the other keys, which are quite small but are not difficult to use.
One of the other thing's I noticed was the large screen which was even more impressive when the phone was turned on as the colours were bright and everything seemed perfectly clear.
Next thing I went to was the MP3 player as this is one of the functions I want in a phone. Again the Nokia out did itself, as the phone came with a memory card it means you can download loads of songs (made simple with with Nokia PC suite CD you get). The sound you get from the phone is also clear obviously not as good as with other items such as an IPod but for a phone it is impressive! You also get headphones with the phone, which enable you to use FM radio. However this is one problem I do have with the phone, as I find it quite difficult to tune it into the radio station I want.
The camera on the Nokia is a 3.2 megapixel Carl Zeiss camera, this is really easy to use. It zooms in quite far however if you do zoom in quite far it can start to become a bit pixelated however I think this is expected from a camera phone, still though I have printed images from this and they have been good. It also gives you all the ordinary options i.e. black and white, sepia, negative to edit your photos, and the camera also has a flash. The video camera on the phone is used in the exact same way as the camera and will run for as long as you have memory on the phone.
The phone then has all the other functions that phones have, calculators, calenders games (for any of you who have had Nokia's before Snake 3 is back, no longer is it just a black line but a colour 2D snake!).
I would recommend this phone to everyone, it's sturdy (and I should know the amont of times I have dropped it and it is yet to break or even crack!), looks trendy and despite it's many functions is easy to navigate through the menu's.
