In my opinion this phone is quite attractive, and small enough to easily to fit in a pocket. It has a slide mechanism which reveals the keypad underneath. I have found the main menu is easy enough to navigate around, with all the normal Nokia icons, you can't go far wrong.

The phone has good reception, however I wish that the microsphone/ loudspeaker was a bit better, as I personally find if I put a caller on loudspeaker, they comment that I sound like I am underwater, or very distant, although I am almost shouting at the caller to be heard. The phone I have came with a hands free kit, which works well, but also doubles as the radio transmitter. The hands free kit has two ear pieces, and a clip which which is also the microphone. My only criticism of the hands free kit is that the microphone is too far down the cable, as I place the microphone on my lappel, and find that I have wire curled around my neck/face.
The phone comes with very limited rigntones, I had a hard job in choosing something that I would be happy other people heard in pulbic. They are not the best selection I have heard, but I managed to download a few others.
When using the phone on the internet it is very quick at connecting to pages, unlike some phones I have had in the past where you wait an age. I wouldn't go as far as to say that the phone was instanteous at doing this, but is indeed a quick enough not to get to frustrated with the phone and give up using the internet on it.
The major criticism I have with this phone is that it has a tendancy to switch itself off, this can be at any time. Either when there you try to send a message, answer a call, or if it is just on standby. I personally find this quite annoying! However I am led to believe this is because of a faulty battery which was supplied with the phone, and a replacement will sort this issue out. This is the most frustrating thing about this phone.
All in all I would recommend this phone, my boyfriend has one and his is absolutely fine. Its not the most exciting phone, in respect of features or gadgets, if that is what your after then your considering the wrong phone. The battery life is excellent and it charges up in about an hour or so, so your nto waiting four hours for your phone to charge,

The Nokia CR-103 holder for fitting to the car winscreen to retain your phone while driving has obviously been purpose designed for the phone and it shows...great mechanism for cliping the phone in and the rotational feature is ideal depending on the orientation that you want to use the phone in. Also mechanism that sticks to the window is great. It's packaged in the usual nokia bubble pack and is really easy to install and setup. Remember you may also require cables for your phone for charging while it's in the holder. It is however a bit on the pricey side though...this appears to be typical of genuine nokia products though, but probably worth spending that little bit extra on it. ...
