I've always been happy with my nokia phones, not once have they died on me, i only upgrade when new features come along. I needed a new phone when i arrived in the UK and fell in love with this very girly phone.
The swivel feature is fantastic in that i have never accidentaly dialled a number and dont have to worry about unlocking the phone when in a hurry to make a call or text.
The menus are functional and easy to follow. It has a huge memory - I am yet to be told my inbox is full (easily 150+ in both inbox and sent messages)!
The only downside i have found is that there no longer seems to be the Nokia Multimeia Transfer application for Mac users. Therefore i have to wait until i buy a bluetooth computer to add my music and download my pictures.
