The phone i own is black. The look of the phone is very business-like, professional. The display is big enough to represent pictures nicely. Also the pixels are quite close to each other, so the look is very smooth. The fonts displayed on the screen might be small for some people, but whenever you work with numbers, or you click into the details of something the font is increased on the screen, so it can be read from distance. The keyboard is also very user friendly, the key are big enough to aid one hand typing on it. The centrally placed joystick is alittle bit rough but after you start to accomodate with it you will find out that it very well built. The phone has a microSD card slot, which can be hotswapped during the functioning of the phone. To do this however you need to take down the back cover. The menu of the phone is user friendly. Whenever you go inside a submenu it takes around 1-2 seconds time to update the screen. It is not the best software, but it compensates with the futures the phone has.
The phone has Symbian S60 3rd edition operating system on it, which enables the phone to be used in a great variaty of solutions.
Software which i currently use on the phone are: Autolock, Nokia Maps, Frozen Bubble(free game), S-tris 2(free game), Wellness diary, Calcium (free easycalculator), Nokia Podcasting.
Pros: The phone is very good if you need a small phone which has a Microsoft Outlook connectivty. It enables me to be up to date with my calendar, appointments and memo's notes.
Cons: it does not have a proper email client inside of it.

Thanks for the comment, i just signed up to Ciao and this was my second review, i was intrigued by the ratings, but i did not know what the problem is. I understood now and i will try to give more experience related details to the products in the future. i will let you know when i will update this review, hopefully with a better review.

Good review although if you added some more info and details then this would make your review more useful and you would recieve higher ratings. When writing a mobile phone review it is important to include as much opinion and experience as possible. It would be beneficial if you added a few paragraphs explaining about the phones various features and how well they do or dont operate~~The battery life ie how long does the fully charged battery last for before needing recharged and how long does it normally take to charge the battery etc. If you add moret o your review at som epoint let me know as i would like to give you a higher rating. XxX
Advantages: Design,display,battery,features,size,radio,sound quality,earplug jack,mini USB,fast Disadvantages: No WiFi(?),old type e-mail client(?),fingertips on panel because of silky plastic
