Advantages easy to use, fast, very very durable, lots of features, great for socialising

Disadvantages very small battery, lots of glitches, not as many apps as android or apple, expensive

so guys... ive had this phone now for about 5 months. first impressions werent great. i opened the box and it included... my sim for 400 minutes, unlimited texts and 250mb data with orange. the phone came free for 25 pounds a month. it also included the phone itself, the micro usb to 3 pin charger and a pair of quite uncomfortable headphones. i inserted the micro sim which had a enclosed port but was easy to use. i looked in the box for the battery which confused me. i looked in the manual and found out the battery is incased in the phone and there is absolutely no way to take it out. i thought okay and charged it for about 3 hours. when i tried to turn it on while charging it took 4 attempts for it to completely start. it came up with a start up guide in which i had to set up links to my email and facebook etc. nothing about how to use the phone or features just links to social networks. my contacts were already in the phone as i had connected to facebook and windows live. i also connected to my xbox live account. one feature of this phone i love is the tiles main screen and the way all of the applications have the same layout. choice of applications arent that great but windows phone is at a starting point and you cant really expect much at this stage. there are your basic apps such as twitter and those you would expect but no skype which i was quite disappointed about. i was quite pleased overall with this phone as it is easy to use once you get it up and running but i have encountered many many glitches with this phone such as random shutdowns and just general glitches on the screen. battery life is not worth mentioning as a full charge with low usage will only last about 8 hours at most. it will keep you entertained with all the games it has as it has xbox live and has many xbox games and small company made games. there are a lot of great free ones but you really have to look for them and the xbox live games are very very expensive as most are 2.99 or 3.99 and can be completed in hours. it has a fast processor and doesnt take its time. overall it is a great phone but the windows phone franchise is in baby steps compared to its main rivals android and apple. although i would recommend this phone but do no buy it for the simple fact it is made by microsoft. i have dropped this phone on concrete a few times i will admit but there isnt even a scratch.
