My company were persuaded by Orange to have these phones as a replacement for a previous attempt, as an upgrade to use for email, as well as normal usage. Over 100 phones, in cars. The email system never works; the car kits are dreadful - lose contact with the phone easily, and the phones are difficult to use in the car, particularly when searching for contacts. Why are the contacts only stored as names, not by company? The software included is poor - slow, clunky, illogical menus. The handset has really small keys, so is difficult to use, even more so in the car. Good screen though, but battery life poor when away from the car. Camera poor quality as well. All in all, not a great phone! Please can we have the 6310i back?

Good to know how phone really is. Friend of mine considered buying it, I will tell her now what I think. Good review.

sounds like a bad phone, thanks for the insight. Review could do with a little more details on the menus etc. otherwise, good start
