The first thing that is interesting from a product design that is interesting. The front and back of the internet tablet is dibalut blue metallic color while the silver color to be selected for the 'wall' the front and rear. Unfortunately, the buttons are too close to make the keyboard so it feels futile. But for you accustomed to use the touch screen, the keyboard can be enough is still functioning. Internet tablet is one of the operating system using the Internet Tablet 2008 OS-based Linux.
Advantages: Great battery life, good screen resolution, very configurable Disadvantages: Lacks a scroll page wheel/buttons
I purchased the NokiaN800 InternetTablet shortly after the newer N810 was released for a bargain price from play.com.
The N800 is basically identical hardware to the newer N810, only missing the pull out keyboard, the on-board 2gb of storage and the GPS chip. It supports bluetooth so it's possible to replace the keyboard and GPS with bluetooth accessories, and it supports SDHC cards for storage, so 2gb of storage can be picked up for a song nowadays.
The N800, once upgraded to the latest IT2008 software from Nokia, is faster than the stock IT2007 software as it increases the processor speed which was deliberately underclocked to prolong battery life.
There is a friendly and helpful community of people writing software for the InternetTablets, along with official software provided from Nokia themselves. The screen is brilliant ...
