Advantages Advantages It does what it says on the tin (and more)

Disadvantages Disadvantages Battery life could be better.

Having had the phone for a good month now, I finally feel qualified to review the numerous features of this phone and give the low down on some of the more esoteric features of this fantastic bit of kit. Phone basics ------------------- In brief, call quality is great, contact management is sensible, but detailed and menus and general layout very much in the vein we've come to expect from Nokia. Battery life is very much dependant on what you use the phone for, but you can manage around 2 hours max a day with some moderate application usage. This can improve if you dim the screen, turn off 3g ... more

Advantages Advantages State of theart phone that you'll find difficult to bewithout

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Bad battery life

Christmas this year was kind of tarnished by the fact that I worked most of the Christmas period including the actual day, on the plus side Christmas came early with a renewal of my contract with the 3 mobile phone network, which of course means a brand spanking new phone. After a nasty experience with a Nokia phone two years ago, I was reluctant to return to the brand feeling more encouraged to stick with my Sony Ericsson phone which for a year had been 100% reliable and faithful (with the odd silly glitch) the trouble being in the year since I got my last phone Sony Ericsson a company that ... more

Advantages Advantages Its An All In One

Disadvantages Disadvantages Battery Life As Usual

Having the latest mobile handset that is on the market is not something I usually want, but what I do want and need is something practical, smart, easy to use & and of course, lets me do what I need it to do. Many have said to me 'Why don't you just get a PDA?' well, there are many reasons why I don't, the focal one being that they usually operate on a Windows OS, whereas I personally favour the Symbian OS (read my Nokia 6630 review for a better understanding) due to the fact it is more superior to the Windows OS that you find in PDA's. This is where the Nokia N95 steps in. You see, not only ... more

Nokia N95 8GB Memory with Contract I have had this Nokia N95 now for nearly a year so I feel I have used it enough to write a good review of my experiences to date. I have a long standing contract with O2 and when it came up for renewal I was certain I was going to ditch the contract and go pay as you go. The main reason for this was because I was fed up for paying a monthly fee when I seem to use my mobile phone so little and this really seemed a good one to cut out another bill. However the lure of a nice new shiny phone and idea that I could fiddle around with the features for a few days ... more

Advantages Advantages Simple to use, with lots of functions.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Cant see the screen outside

I have had my Nokia N95 8GB for about a month now, it has taken me a long time to choose a phone that I would enjoy using. After seeing this phone on display, my choice was made instantly. I've always ended up back with Nokia model because they are simple to use, and even with the all the programmes this phone offers, the navigation is very straightforward, and quick. One thing that has so far annoyed me, is if you dont close an application by selection Options > Exit, if leaves a symbol on the application to say it's open still, if this bothers you, then you have to go into it, to exit it ... more
