Norton Internet Security came with part of my Norton Anti-virus package, unfortunately, I wasted my money:
The norton package was a complete faliure as protection, my computer got numourus viruses and popups of pornography. The apparant internet security let through a hacker that somehow removed all of my data, causing me to re-install my operating platform.
The amount of space Norton took up on my computer was extremely robust, and the files often ... ...as an anti-virus).
After a month of the space-taking-see-through-firewall, i decided to browse for a knew anti-virus, and i found meny annonoymous packages for 1/2 the price, with no bad reviews on the product (Like mine).
I would not reccomend the product for any mannor of computer, as it tends to ATTRACT viruses, rather than repell. rating is below the chart. ...

Advantages: Easy to use, effective, reliable. Disadvantages: An expensive solution...so shop around.
I have used Norton to protect my PC against the dangers of cyberspace for about 4 or 5 years now. I usually pick up the software at a reduced price in September for about £30, when the following year's version has just been released onto the market.
Norton Internet Security has a whole of host of features to keep my machine safe whilst I surf the net. It warns me about virus threats, adware and spyware, and resolves any related issues that may arise. ... ...technical difficulties in the past, Norton has always been able to connect me to a specialist who can resolve my problem with the least amount of fuss. This usually takes the form of a free telephone conversation or chat room meeting. For more specialist viral-related problems, Norton provides a fee-based virus removal service.

I own this product for about 2 months and everything seems fine, I've been browsing some dangerous sites, but still my computer is virus-free. I've been downloading anything I want to download. And because of Norton my life now seems to be getting easier and great.

Norton Security 2008 was, as many say, an exceptional product. Not only does it protect you from antivirus, antispyware and adware, antispam, it also comes with a firewall. Norton's foremost protection was in its antivirus an spyware detection.
