It also includes Ghost 9.0, which is a $60 program on its own, and the GoBack feature has saved my behind a few times after bad XP update installs.
There are also the typical ... ...takes a while to kick in after the system boots up, but nothing too serious (a couple of extra minutes, maybe). Also, the Auto Update feature that keeps your virus profile current is only updated every Wednesday. You can go to the website to manually update profiles on a daily basis, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having an auto-update feature. ... more

There are also the typical set backs that come with norton antivirus, the auto-protect feature takes a while to kick in after the system boots up, but nothing too serious (a couple of extra minutes, maybe). Review of Norton SystemWorks 2005 Premier Complete package
Advantages: Fantastic complete security system - by far the best I've used overall. Disadvantages: The virus definitions do not update as quickly as I'd like.
Over the past 6 years or so, I've used most of the big names in internet security. Whether it's been McAffee, Panda, AVG etc, it really hasn't made much difference - there was always something that fell short of my (very high) expectations. This program is different. It is easy to install, easy to use, easy to configure and unlike most other programs I've tried, I've had absolutely no issue with conflicts with other programs. I like everything about ... ...I expect a PC security program to do, is what they all claim to do - keep my PC as safe as possible while I'm online and sort out any problems quickly. This is the first program I would recommend wholeheartedly as being able to claim this to be true. Top marks Symantec, keep it up. ...
