Nowrich Union is not really after the gay market. Having been told by two independent financial advisors that they were the fairest, I found quite the opposite when I came to purchase an endowment from them last year.
When I wrote to their chief executive, their senior company underwriter wrote back to me in what can only be described as flagrantly offensive terms. I was shocked that anyone would write anything so prejudiced but was pleased that the fool had shot himself in the foot so well.His lovely letter formed the basis for much interest, including two features in the gay press.
Basically, if you want gay friendly. Norwich Union ain't for you
