Went to notcutts in peterborough sunday with our 2 grandaughters 3 and 5 years old to see father christmas, had trouble finding a staff member to ask where father christmas was then had to go all the way back out of shop to find way to the pet shop, nothing at all to point the way no scenes etc nothing found a staff memebr to be told had to pay at the till first, no one around to point way or to take you in just a gazebo and father christmas, £4.99 each child then he couldn't find anything suitable for them or their ages, presants not wrapped cost of each 99p at the most so £4 for each child to speak to father christmas, what rubbish, I thought notcutts was a upmarket garden centre will not go again, last year went to baytrees! now that is how it should be done, but due to ill health went to notcutts, never never again.
Welcome to Ciao. Sounds pretty bad, especially when Santa is involved. Nice first review though. Matt :-)

HI, We went to Notcutts to see Father Christmas today, my children are 3 and 4. One present was really good the other was really rubbish.
They need to really sort out the organisation there.
