I've started using this product because i begun to see a lot of hair on my hands when i showered in the morning. The treatment lasts 6 months though i've been carrying on with it on an on going basis. You take two pills a day one in the morning and the other in the evening... the first three months of the treatment are designed to stop hair from falling though i started seeing significant results after 1 month and the last three months stimulate hair growth. The only issue is that the product is very expensive. This is why i wanted to mention the following site, which is were i get the product from now and allows me to afford it on an on going basis.

The Ones for man work much better at least for me, for a list of ingredient and clinical tests either go to http://nourkrinman.googlepages.com/home were it discusses the test and results achieved and the chemistry behind the pills...all i can say is that they work pretty well, though not being a chemist i do not understand how the components work in achieving the result.
