This is one compact multi function keyboard! the synth inside is really quite good, but due to the lack of buttons/knobs makes editing sounds a bit time consuming as you have to sift through menus to get the parameter you want to edit! But on a portable small keyboard you cant really complain about this! The USB MIDI input works perfectly as you would expect, with the synth knobs also functioning as midi controllers. The USB Audio interface is not the most stable (occasionally drops out) but provides an excellent solution for recording on the move. With its XLR phantom powered input this keyboard is an excellent choice for the composer who travels, as you have every you need to write/record in one box that fits in a bag! Plus it costs under £180!!
