Disadvantages You get fobbed off with the phrase @ an engineer will call you' but they dont.
Do not take out N Power Hometeam 50 Insurance cover! Extremely bad service. I reported my Gas Boiler breakdown on Wednesday this week, and I was told an engineer would phone to say when he would call to fix it, and a day went by and nothing. I phoned again the next day, and was told the same. I phoned again today and was told an engineer would call tomorrow which is Saturday. All this time from Wednesday to Saturday with no hot water or heating, and I'm paying £17 a month for this service! Customer service assistants are almost sarcastic in their manner which makes your situation more frustrating.
They really dont care about your inconvenience. They should get an engineer to call you personally to explain the situation or their excuse for keeping you waiting.
