I bought my Henry about a year ago. I am really happy with it! In fcat it is the best hoover I have ever used.
The hoover is powerful and the wire is very long. This enables me to hoover my whole flat (which is not small) without unplugging it. It has a number of attachmenst which are really useful to get in all the nooks and crannys. It is suitable for cleaning all surfaces. I even hoover my tiles, wooden floors and my carpet. In the time that I have had the hoover I have only had to change the bag once, this is because it has such a large bag there is no need to all the time.
The only down side to my Henry is that it does not fit in my cupboard, where as an up right one would. This is not the fault of my hoover though. It is so good I have told all my friends an family and they are all starting to use Henry rather thans ...

This is the best Vacuum cleaner I have ever used. I have used new bagless cleaners that have not kept their suction for long and have broken under the constant use in my house and are messy to empty. I have a labrador who malts alot and 4 messy kids and the Henry copes with it all.
The Henry has fantastic suction and a fantastic length hose that reaches all the way down the stairs with no problem. It also comes with other tools to do stairs, cars etc. Also it has the engery saving button that you can use to power up Henry even more. Its great on wood floors as well as all styles of carpet. Its just a brilliant hoover. All that and a smile on his face. ...

This review is on the very robust HenryNumatic model HVR200. You will know it as soon as you see it as it has a smiley face, and comes in four colours, red green blue & yellow, well now they have added another to the range - PINK!!! Technically this one is called HETTY, but it is identical otherwise.
The shape is cylindrical, but not laid down, it is upright, like an oil drum, and has a buffer ring surrounding it, which does not mark walls. It is mounted on castors, and so is easy to move about.
As for the suction, I can only say it is brilliant, the cable is wound up neatly in it's own drum, all tools are there, the machine itself is light enough to be carried up the stairs, what more could you want in a cleaner?
There is of course a down side, but not much of one, for instance it is not easy to vacuum the stairs as ...
