I have been the proud owner of a Henry for over two years and in my opinion it is one of the best values for money products I have purchased. It is simple to operate with a large red power button as its only control. It has a large capacity bag and is very simple to empty. The power lead is exceptionally long and winds in and out so you don't have lengths of cable all over the floor. The motor is powerful and suction is extremely good. It picks up well on all floor surfaces in our home, carpets, wood and tiles. I also have no problems using it to clean out our car. To top it all off Henry's smiley face also oozes character. The only slight negative is he is a little bit tall which occasionally means he can topple over if you're not careful. I would have no reservation in recommending Henry.
