I had never tried this goldfish food until we bought a new fish tank for my two Goldfish and my Weatherloach. And I would never go back to any other. The other food I found sank to the bottom of the tank shortly after I fed my fish but this one floats well on the top of the water for a good two minutes before it sinks. It also evaporates well so that the bottom of the tank doesn't get very dirty.
---What fish is it suitable for?---
It can be fed to any coldwater fish including Goldfish, Weatherloaches, Koi and any other coldwater fish.
You should feed your fish two to three times a day.
---Where can I buy it?---
You can find it in many Supermarkets and Pet shops.
---What does the packaging look like?---
It comes in a small white pot with a Goldfish on the front, in the bottom left hand corner on the front it tells you that it has been HARS tested, which means its been tested at the Hagan Aquatic Research Station. It also states that its got added PDP which is Pre-Digested Plankton, which enhances the colours of your fish.
On the back it tells you all the information about the fish food including the ingredients. And the typical analysis of all the nutrients in the food.
The weight of the fish food is 12g.
The cost of the fish food ranges from shop to shop, but it costs no more than £2.00
---What are the ingredients in this fish food?---
Cereals, fish and fish deriatives, molluscs and crustaceans, vegetables and yeast.
---About the flakes---
The flakes come in all different sizes (no bigger than a ten pence piece, and all different colours including yellow, green and red flakes.
The only disadvantage I found with this fish food is that it really smells.
