Helping to keep the men of the UK healthy Advantages: Good sections, tips, wide range of topics covered Disadvantages: Lots of advertising, gets repetitive A really good magazine for all men of any ages but particually those in their 20's-40's. The name of the magazine tells you everything, that the whole thing is practically devoted to the health of men, including excercise routines, diet, general health and of course, to make it useful to all men, sexual health. I have found that each month, the magazine has provided me with some good information on the relevent points I would be interested in. I generally look at the general health section, which does offer good advice and suggestions on how to eat right and look after your body, with some useful recommendations on what to buy. good magazine Advantages: - Disadvantages: -- ...and live your best**** Top sante is a health and beauty magazine- In my opinion the best one out!!!. It frequently has free gifts and sign up offers that are more expensive than the magazine. The sign up offer i got was worth £35,i got piggypoints and i am only paying £26 for a years worth of magazines!! The current price is £2.80 and i think that this is good value(even if its not what i am paying)The magazine comes out monthly. Zest magazine Advantages: Positive approach Disadvantages: None Zest magazine helps to motivate people to live a healthy lifestlye. It contains a lot of information on exercise and nutrition and the magazine does not recommend any fad diets but recommends eating sensibly and exercising whilst still enjoying live. It also has a beauty and fashion section. The magazine is aimed at women of all ages and is mainly about fitness and health. There is always lots of information available. It does not speak negatively ... ...do. Nor does it use skinny models on the advertising pages. It is a monthly magazine that is fairly priced but works out a lot lot cheaper if you prescribe to a full year.
