Sencondly, the contract is based on a minimum subscription of 12months. Having said this, their is a two week trial period in which you can return your chosen handset and scrap the contract should their be a change in your decision. I got the sony w800i after my contract ran out with orange. I had been messed around considerably by orange so decided to move tariffs to O2. Besides i feel they have far better offers anyway.
