My first hint of the quality of the service was when I got a bill for £180 for just 2 months, now I’m the first to admit that I can be accused of overspending a little on the old mobile but considering the amount ... ...the maze that is the O2 customer help line and actually exhausted the list of people who were really nice but didn’t really have a clue. Finally I was reconnected and my worries were over … NOT. It has continued that way ever since and of course my contract was for twelve months so this is what I had to put up with.
I recommend this service to anyone who doesn’t mind:

My first hint of the quality of the service was when I got a bill for £180 for just 2 months, now I’m the first to admit that I can be accused of overspending a little on the old mobile but considering the amount of calls I made I thought that I did not deserve a bill like that. I rang up the help line (after calling out the local coastguard and mounting a large scale search of the acres of documentation I received from 02) and after waiting for an hour or two I was transferred to a very nice man who didn’t have a clue what I (or he) was talking about. Next I explained three or four times and the nice man reassured me that something would be done. Predictably I ended up calling back a couple of hundred times before after the long wait …. I was disconnected!!! This lasted for four weeks until I had finally learned how to navigate the maze that is the O2 customer help line and actually exhausted the list of people who were really nice but didn’t really have a clue. Finally I was reconnected and my worries were over … NOT. It has continued that way ever since and of course my contract was for twelve months so this is what I had to put up with.
I recommend this service to anyone who doesn’t mind:
Paying for 12 months and only actually being connected for six Having your accounts calculated by a blind imbecile Spending hours arguing with a computer about how to pronounce the word “One” Daily migraines caused by worrying about your £600 bill for that six hours when you were actually connected on Wednesday
Anyone else I would tell not to bother. Run! Run and save yourselves from becoming a dribbling insane wreck!
Advantages: Slim, light and easy to navigate Disadvantages: Having an Orange contract which connection/signal is always a problem
'THE SELECTION OF HANDSETS TODAY is mainly influence by individual's preferences on the main features of the mobile models and the package deals offered by various store dealers and network providers. It is a "pick and match" option where the chosen phone is paired with various network providers - offering a bundle of monthly usage of minutes and texts for cheap deals.
When I visited Phones4U store in 2006, I was contemplating back then to have another Nokia handset but when I saw the latest model of Samsung P300 on display, and without any hesitation, I signed a 12-month's term with O2. The contract covered unlimited calls and text for 25 pounds per month.
When this contract expired last year, I decided to have a new contract with Phones4U for a longer term - 18 months. Again, I chose the handset that stood out from ...
Advantages: Stunning design Disadvantages: People accuse you of "posing" - as if !

I am one of several owners who have found that a USB cable synch with the computer, just does not happen. I am still working on it, but think that the Prada supplied software cd is not recorded properly. I?ll update if I make progress.
It is not cheap. Sim-free and unlocked, they sell for about £350.
They are available on a number of different tariffs.
Mine came on an O2 contract for 12months, at £25 per month, and cost me nothing. !
You will have to know how to make such a deal, as it does not come on any printed documents in the O2 shops.!!!
Like any lcd screen, bright sunlight does make life a bit more difficult, with the Prada.
Well, I think that is the lot.
If you like to leave particular questions in your comments, I will gladly update in ...

Advantages: Plenty of inclusive text messages Disadvantages: Expensive calls to other networks
I purchased a phone from O2 online this month to take to university with me. It's contract is for 12months minimum, at £25 a month, with a good quality sony ericsson phone.
As I tend to organise most of my social life via text message, I have found the 500 inclusive minutes very helpful in ensuring I don't go over my limit! The contract also allows me 100 minutes of phone calls to any network ,at any time, which means I don't have to remember which network my friends are on. 100 minutes is usually plenty for one month.
However, once this limit has been reached, the price per minute to non O2 phones jumps to 40p, so be warned if you plan to frequently use the phone to make calls.
After a thorough check of high street shops, I found the online tariffs to be much better value for money. I would recommend this contract if you are likely ...
