I was actually given this headset by my girlfriend who got it free and then never used it! Never really used a headset before and to be honest was quite impressed!

It came in a big cube shaped box with a mains charger, in-car charger, a nice little pouch to keep it safe, a leash and then the usual instructions and paperwork!

Not really knowing what to expect I actually read the manual. Quite easy to set up (just make sure you have bluetooth activated on your phone first!). All you need to do is hold the button on the headset down for a few seconds until it flashes. Through some form of wizardry it then connects to your phone! Very simple 3 button layout suits me quite well; Volume up/Volume down/Talk.

It's surprisingly comfortable and pretty light. It's meant to have a 450 hours standby time, but to be honest I'd take that with a pinch of salt. Having said that, it's never given up the ghost on me and I frequently forget to charge it!

Sound quality is pretty OK actually. I mean I wasn't exactly expecting Bose sound quality flowing into my ear drums but I was pleasantly surprised. It's pretty easy to adjust the volume on the headset itself when people insist on SHOUTING INTO THEIR PHONES!! You know who you are ;-)

The little neck strap thing I don't think I'd ever use. I mean I don't have an ear in the middle of my chest... Not sure that many people do either...

One annoying thing (or useful depending on which way you look at it) is that the volume buttons can also be used to scroll and ring people from your recent call list... As I found out randomly when I accidentally called a friend and got a bit baffled as to why he thought I'd called him...

I'm not sure how much this would usually retail for, but I'm sure there are better ones out there to be honest! However if (like me) you got this for free then I don''t see any reason to complain!
