I got this phone from a family member and to be honest. Apart from seeing it around I didn't know the phone at all. This review is completely from my own experiences.
Looks - The phone is white, and I mean white. I was worried it would get dirty quickly but it is easy to wipe with a baby wipe and comes out looking quite new again. It is a candybar shape with a lovely rounded top and bottom. Unlike many phones it only has a volume button and memory card slot on its sides and a combined battery/data cable socket in the bottom. On the back is a camera with self photo mirror and speaker. The phone looks simple and classy but I do think that the silver menu button on the thumb pad doesn't look right. It reminds me of the pins that shops use to connect the phone to a display. The other keys are white. The screen takes up around half of the front of the phone and above that is a front facing camera for video calls.
In The Box - Of course in the box I got the phone, a charger and a manual. The charger interested me as the lead detaches from the plug and doubles as a usb data cable. I also received a 512mb memory card that my family member explained was included as a special offer. So many packages will not include this.
Features - The phone has all of the usual features and a few extras. First on your menu is the profiles, you have the choice of Normal, Loud, Silent with alarm, silent without alarm and headset and also a vibrate only profile. Next is your multemedia including, 1.3 megapixel camera, video camera and media player. You then have clock and alarm, which also has world clocks. Number 4 on your menu is a browser which connects to gprs and WAP. It also lets you access o2 active. Strangely messages is 5th on the list. I am used to seeing this first in any menu but being lower down doesnt affect use. Gallery is number 6. This lets you view pictures, listen to sounds, watch videos, etc, etc. You then get to Tools and Games, which is home to the usual calendar, calculator, stopwatch etc. Contacts is next and followed by settings.
MISC - The phone is very quiet when ringing. This may be as my other handset is a nokia 7373 which is very loud, as other people say they cannot tell the difference.
Overall - A nice phone, very simple but still looks good. Perfect for someone who likes a phone to have the looks, not so good for someone who likes lots of features.
Advantages: looks great, feels great, everything you need in a mid range phone Disadvantages: Low Sound and Memory, White one prone to scratching
I got this phone from my step dad (sympathy present after an argument, a bit of Ice to calm the fires ;P) and found it easy to use straight out of the box. Needed charging time, but could play with it and explore its functions while it was charging. Very interesting: the charge cable has a USB end which plugs into the actual plug adaptor, which makes phone-pc use quick and easy, and you can charge your phone via your pc. Very slimline versatile shape, ... ...(just kidding) video camera and media player, and Micro SD card adaptor.
Doesnt have much memory, 30 mbs, but with a 2 gig card you can easily hold 20 albums, 100 photos and 50 videos with room left for messages!
One drawback: Sound. Not very loud in crowded places, though it has a large speaker on back. Best used using head phones, the ones your supplied with are very durable but i prefer to use my own.
Overall very good phone, well worth the ...

Advantages: Cheap, Loads of features, Easy to use, Looks good Disadvantages: Not many ringtones to choose from, The alarm setting
When I went into O2 to quickly buy a short-term phone when my other one died I picked this one out because it was the cheapest pay as you go phone I could get. It's excellent value for money, costing only £30, it comes with a variety of features. There are 2 cameras on the phone, one on the front (facing the user) and one on the back. The quality of the pictures is good (the camera is 1.3 megapixels) and there are added features such as night mode, ... ...aren't many disadvantages of the O2 ice. There's not a great selection of ringtones which I presume is there to encourage you to download better ones! The most annoying fault I can find is the alarm clock - it will only go off if you have the phone on, meaning you have to keep the phone on all night, though there is a silent function which allows only the alarm to sound). What started out as a short-term phone for me has become my phone for good ...

Advantages: good quality camera, nice style, light weight Disadvantages: various problems after a few months usage
I bought this phone when it was on special offer and when it first came out, it is stylish, light weight and tough. the camera quality is nearly excelent, it has blue tooth, an external memory slot sor mini sd cards, the screen is average size which is good for people with poor sight. however all your pictures go into one folder so you cannot sort them into different groups, it has been known (aswell as on the one i had) for the phone to show signs ... ...calls cut off half way through them, the phone freezes after sending text messages, you cannot get into your images.it comes with a 12 month warentee when bought new from o2, so they do fix the phone for free, but a few months later the problems start again, nice phone but alot of problems. ...

Advantages: everything Disadvantages: depends what u thinks a disadvantage.
I bought this phone ages ago when my samsungs kept breaking on me ( I really dont have much luck with samsungs lol ) and still have it to this very day. For its price its excellent value, it looks and feels good too. This phone is very basic but very grand. It has all the normal features you would find on an average phone but without the complications, possibly because the memory storage on it isnt that great, its average. So if youre a big music ... ...of an older generation in which laptops and phones arent second nature to you, and youre just going to use a phone for basic calling/texting odd photo needs then id highly recommend. It stores up to about 200 messages at a time I think!
Battery life was very good. When I bought this phone it was just for the time being as my stupid samsung broke on me and I bought this phone I thought "its gotta be the most crappiest phone im going to buy" and im ...

Advantages: Cheap & reliable Disadvantages: Very low volume
This phone was made more attractive by O2 as a package with a "free" Bluetooth headset & cuddly polar bear just before Xmas. Due to my limited budget and being an existing O2 customer this seemed like an ideal opportunity to upgrade my outdated Nokia 3330 to a modern phone.
The phone itself is not too bad. Slim design, lightweight, attractive with colour screen & polyphonic ringtones. Comes with a built-in mp3 player & earphones. 3G compatible.
For the price it was a bargain package at £79-99 from O2 shops.
Having familiarised myself with its features & functions which were very easy to use after a Nokia, I soon discovered that the volume level on ringtones was extremely quiet and was almost impossible to hear in busy situations e.g. on a bus, shopping, etc. I went back to the O2 shop and was told that there was nothing wrong ...
