Advantages: Good Customer Service, Rewards
Disadvantages: Charged for using voicemail

I've happily been with O2 as a Pay as you Go Customer for just over 2 years now, The service they provided me with was excellent as they had plenty of bolt on's to choose from depending on what you mainly use your phone for. ** What are Bolt Ons?** Mainly they are there so you can get the most out of using your Mobile Phone i.e whether you're a Textaholic, Talker etc. Basically you pay a set fee which is taken from your credit on your phone and ...

(I use this bolt on and also get 100 free texts each month) It Costs £9.99 per month. O2 HOME 250: You get 250 off peak minutes ( Only on Fixed Lines and other 02 Numbers). It Costs £4.99 per month. ...I was unsure of joining o2 as I was once upon a time a contract customer of theirs and there customer service was flat as a pancake. However, with Pay as you go, you tend to not really need to speak to a customer advisor or customer services. Most things you need to know are on the website and it is all pretty self explanatory. Plus you have to pay 25p per minute to speak to them and they really are not worth that much!! As long as this offer stays ...

Advantages: Best pay as you go text messaging offer around
Disadvantages: you have to keep track of how many messages you send

...have been a customer of O2 now for about two years, and find their pay as you go contracts very reasonable.
