ever since i owned my first mobile phone iv used o2... in my opinion its so reliable its unreal, customer cervice is great and always happy to help and you dont have to spend hours listening to crap music whilst you wait to speak. with so many great offers and rewards its hard to top up your phone lol!! but when you do u even get rewards for that depending on how much u top up in a month you get so much back great!!... u never usually suffer from loss of reception or coverage or even have any problems at all.. theres many tarrifs to choose from and contract billing plans , theres something to suit every1..and with broadband contracts its the same u get so much gb for so much money and if u go over u pay for what you use simple. they always send a bill on time every month and if its broadband they also remind you by email to so you never forget to save the money you need. personally overall i find o2 very hard to beat and dont think ill be changing anytime soon thanks for reading :O) x
