I have been an O2 customer for about 8 years and I have to say from experience they are fantastic and I would not change to any other provider. They have so many choices of how to get help, your billing arrangements there customer service over the phone is really good they know what they're talking about and get the problem resolved quick and effectivly. They have ask Lucy which is their online guru and its actually very good and shes just as quick as phoning. The website is good aswell you can find out which is the best phone for you, the tarrifs and order all without leaving the comfort of your own home. The billing is easy you can get it sent out to you, emailed or text to you every month so you always know how much is comming off if your a pay monthly customer!
