The service I've received ever since enquiring with your site has been nothing short of exemplary. I had some questions on delivery with my last order (around £400 I think) which were answered by one of your staff calling me! Not the other way round! The furniture is perfect, and delivered without fuss and at my convenience. I recommended you to a friend of mine, who is looking at purchasing from you before the end of January and I have personally just placed another order for a further piece of furniture to complete my living room. I actually tried to convince myself to put off the purchase for a few months but I have to say it really was the exemplary service at all times and exceptional quality of the furniture which convinced me to bite the bullet and order again so soon after the last order. Well done, it is refreshing to deal with a company that is more than a faceless machine, and understands the value of great customer service.
