My experience with Oak furniture land has been fantastic, I would not hesitate to use the company again or recommend them to others.
My furniture arrived yesterday, I ordered several products from the Newark, Rivendell and Dark Mango ranges. I have completely outfitted the Living room, Dining room and main bedroom. The quality is fantastic, the prices are amazing, i am really pleased. I am already contemplating ordering furniture for the remaining bedrooms.
I ordered online but did contact customer service with regard to a query, the staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
Although the delivery lead times are rather large - my delivery time was 10 weeks less than stated on the website. Someone rang me approximately four days prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time.
The delivery men were really good, they rang to give me a specific time when they would be arriving and on arrival they ensured the items were in the rooms that i wanted them rather than just dumping them on the doorstep. They were really helpful, polite and friendly.
The items were well packaged and undamaged.
